Regardless of what they may tell you at the airlines and even if you get past the airport screening process, the final decision is up to the pilot. He's the captain of the plane and his immediate decision rules.  The bottled milk without a label is a concern also. I heard of one mother who was asked to drink some EBM she had with her to prove it wasn't hazardous.
