Mother & baby should stay skin to skin until sucessful.. if mom has other 
needs dad can supply STS until baby is ready and switch toi mom.  Stadol is 
probably the problem :-(  Did she have an epidural?  Is it a baby boy??? 
IMHO they are most affected by childbirth drugs.Pat in SNJ
