This is correct.  The best outcome for the abm manufacturers would be 
100 per cent starting to bf, followed by a quick-as-you-like move to 
formula and breast, and finishing up with formula for the next 
several years. Mothers who begin breastfeeding keep their babies on 
formula for longer than mothers who start on formula from the 
beginning (who switch to non-formula milk more quickly).

No wonder the abm manufacturers just *lurve* having a high profile in 
hospitals, where all those new mothers can name check them.
