Is this the same AAP book that Ross bought up and brand-stamped in about
2002?  Troll the Lactnet Archives for an earful on that one.  This lovely
little arrangement was negotiated between Ross and the top brass at AAP,
without the knowledge of the AAP Section on BF.  The Section was horrified
and mortified, for the WHO Code and conflict-of-interest reasons to which
you allude.
