That's unfortunate about the c-section. My friends and I (that I mentioned
in the earlier post) all delivered vaginally...some natural, some with
epidurals. My delivery was much less "stressful" than the pregnancy, in that
all went smoothly, despite the months of bedrest due to bleeding and early
contractions. I delivered naturally within 6 hours of contractions
starting. He was born at 37 weeks and 2 days! Besides finding out I was
pregnant, the labor and delivery was actually a highlight since it went so
smoothly after all the processes of getting pregnant and difficulty staying
pregnant. The highlight after delivery...he was put to breast immediately
and he was nursing within 5 min of birth!!

I also had a WONDERFUL midwife, mind you, and I felt relieved that I could
deliver in a NICU level 3 hospital should anything go wrong...I am also a
veteran NICU nurse though.
