Don'tchaknow.
That comment came from an author of a paper that found no difference in IQ and visual acuity between breastfed and formula fed (with LCPUFAs). I wondered whether breastfeeding dosage was considered. According to the author 38 out of 40 women enrolled in the study exclusive breastfed for at least 4 months without any need for additional support. She said that exclusive breastfeeding is common in Dallas. Hmmm
Other important pieces of info...20 or less children from each formula treatment group in testing...
