I show moms and dads in my prenatal breastfeeding class a walnut and a
standard 2 ounce bottle of sterile water in class, I show them how easy the
water drips from the bottle on to the walnut, showing no work involved in
bottle feeding and showing that is you feed a baby that much he will throw
it up, and why colostrum in the small amount s is all that is needed the
first few days. I love visuals for my class, It helps them remember.
