<What counts as OB staff? Is that L&D and not post partum or are they all considered OB staff?>

This includes all MDs and RNs - they cover labor and delivery and post partum.  There is a great deal of misinformation and/or disinterest in breastfeeding, thus the New Family Services employees get to pick up the pieces postpartum with our home visits for each new mom and baby couplet.
