Well, here is an old remedy, I that from my experience does work... we used it 
for years in our NICU when the little guys were getting contipated from the 
iron fortified formula. 1 tsp dark (not light) Karo syrup per 4 oz formula. Advise 
parents to store Karo in the fridge.
