Whole Family
Bath with Hibiclens or Phisohex day 1
Wash all   bed linens and towels
Bactroban TID in nostrils for 7 days
Day 7 Repeat baths
Repeat wash all linens and towels.

Another option is chlorine baths on day 3 or 4 and once a week after.
(I think I've heard 1/2 cup bleach to tub full of water and I would add 
scrubbing tub between each family member bath.  I would certainly  also be 
using solitary
baths :-)
