Re early solids at 3 or 4 months being preferable to formula supplements: 
Pat said "LLLI med adv bd. has been saying that for a long time"
That is interesting Pat, I am not aware of this as a stated recommendation in LLL literature, well not LLLGB? I don't remember it in WAB either but would welcome a page number. Can you point me to where this is discussed/stated in LLL resources? It would be very useful.
