It's an 'opinion' piece.  Therefore, just like when celebs discuss and 
photograph formula and talk about how wonderful it is in 'interviews', 
certain standards do not apply.

We once had a very strong media regulator in the UK.  Alas, it is no 
more, and what we have left is both watered down, and toothless.
