Dear Dr. Hale:  A  4 weeks pp. mother  who has suffered mental illness for
several years has just been prescribed Zyprexa.  She is also taking Tegretol
and melatonin.  She has been pumping but now has been told to pump and dump
and discontinue breastfeeding.  Since I did not find it in your '96 edition I
didn't know how to help her.  Is is contraindicated?
