Hi, Pat.  This is more than an ethical question.  You may want to research
STARK laws.  I recently did a group project on this, and from what I
learned, a provider cannot refer to an entity that he/she owns/has stock
in, etc.

Our hospital no longer has a DME store, but when we did we listed it along
with the other available places in town.
