Our hospital sends a specific OB survey to all of our patients (and the 
non-OB post-ops that we get as well).When they are returned to the 
hospital, the hospital CEO and the DON read them, initial them, and they 
are sent to us to read. We get them all: whether they are glowing positve 
or negative. Is that what the poster was asking?
