I still use these sometimes, less frequently lately, because, in spite of
teaching, demo, return demo, had too many early pp moms just not be able to
keep a close eye on that pointed tip or dad using it and in an effort to
avoid scratching baby's mouth was pushing too hard toward moms breast,

also, with fdg tube there is more flexibility on parent's hand position due
to length of fdg tube,  and no need to remove tube to refill attached
syringe, just obstruct tube during syringe refill, .......with small size
like 5fr baby can likely maintain seal on breast (or shield prn).

maybe I'm just going through a phase........
