Dear colleagues:

I know someone posted this very same question within the last few months,
but now that I need it myself, I've not been able to pull up the answer via
searching Lactnet, the WHO website, or the Internet in general. I'm looking
for the publication that is the source of this quote: "The second choice is
the mother's own milk expressed and given to the infant in some way. The
third choice is the milk of another human mother. The fourth and last
choice is artificial baby milk." or an equivalent thereof which is
attributed to WHO.

If anyone knows the answer quickly, I would be so grateful for the time you
will save me. Can anyone help? I would love an link straight to an online
document if possible. Please reply privately (and to the list to perhaps
make it easier to find next time around). I am still no mail, missing
Lactnet, and trying to get many things done before attending the LLLI
conference,

Gratefully yours,

Cynthia
