Hi All,

I talked to a new mom today and this is what she said. " My  midwife told
me to eat 8 oz of yogurt a day and also put it on my nipples to cure my
yeast".

Is this info evidence based? For years I have been aware of the yogurt
yeast connection but I don't suggest this. How many of you suggest this as
a cure?  What is your cure rate?
