Darillyn,
I am very interested in this issue.  I moderate the adoptive
breastfeeding support group on Yahoo groups.  I myself have done the
pumping alone with domperidone once baby was at breast and now the
protocol.  I did not experience significant breast changes with either.
But I would have expected the depo to have the opposite effect.  Do you
think it was the progesterone component?  I am wondering if my lack of
breast changes are due to my previous pregnancies or perhaps needing
additional progesterone or other hormones.  Do you think the Depo could
have the opposite effect in some women?  I am always looking for other
options for moms especially ones that are easily obtainable in the U.S.
Depo shots could be obtained with a prescription easily here.
