Thanks to all those who shared about the belly balls.  I made a set for 
myself and used them yesterday during inservice training.  I usually show a 
slide-chart with the baby's stomach capacity, but adding the visuals of the 
belly balls has had the staff sharing this information with mothers today! 
Also, for the very first time in nearly 3 years *all* mothers were happily, 
comfortably and confidently breastfeeding without hands-on assistance when I 
arrived at work this morning.  There is great resistance to my "book 
learning" and "new stuff" but something must have rubbed off.   Beginning to 
feel  hopeful ......
