I guess you are referring to the Av**t  Nip**tte.
I've been searching the net and found some info on the Av**t site.
Can't remember if it was the UK or USA homepage and can't find the URL at
this moment, sorry.
I don't have much personal experience with this device, but I do know that
it can cause preterm labour when used in pregnancy (I even left a question
about this on their homepage, but never got an answer).
A collegue of mine uses the (expensive!) device regularly, with good
results.
Most important thing with it's use (according to my colleague) is to use it
with care. Build up slowly and listen to your body.
