My son Carl is doing a college report (due Monday) about the controversy
surrounding BF in public. He's found lots of information supporting BF in
public, including numerous US state laws. He still wants (1) any federal /
national legislation or policy in existence or in progress that addresses
this issue; and (2) any printed statements that attempt to present the case
that BF should NOT be done in public, including quotes from media articles.
