A 49 y/o women is about to deliver at our hospital. She was 4 years post-menopause when she conceived via In vitro fertilization using a donor egg and her husband's sperm. What do we need to watch for in regards to her milk production? Will she need continued hormonal supplementation? Anyone who has experience with this situation? You're help will be greatlly appreciated.
