This pediatrician seems to relish telling this mother not to
breastfeed.  The drugs mentioned should be of no concern.  Ondansetron
(Zofran) has peak levels in maternal serum of 20-30 nanograms/ml.
This is boo all.  And the oral bioavailability is relatively low at
60%.  Don't worry.  Keep nursing.

You know, the mother does not have to listen to the pediatrician.  Why
not listen to the neurosurgeon or anaesthetist?  Or her own heart?
