 Jan:  I still think this is a case of estrogen withdrawal headache.  Given
that this did not occur with the other children, it could be due to even
lower than normal PP levels because mom is nearing menopause.  Check out
the menopause literature for estrogen-withdrawal headaches.  If it was
progesterone, she would have noticed cyclic headaches before pregancy.
