Hope this doesn't offend anyone -- we had two yahoos from Dow Corning
visiting our Anthropology Department this week. They've been working on
creating a plastic cast of a prehistoric Native American skull found here in
Texas. I, luckily, didn't hear their presentation, as I was teaching.
During their talk, one of them quipped "If anyone wants to ask any questions
about silicone breast implants, just come up after the talk -- both of us
know everything in the world there is to know about silicone breast
implants." Then the other one quipped "What's big and green and holds
10,000 breasts?" Answer: "The Dumpster behind Dow Corning." I guess it's a
good thing I didn't have my anti-Dow newpaper articles up on the bulletin
board any more. Geesh......
