I would also see if he/she bans sucking on straws etc.  Physiologically this takes much more effort than allowing a milk "let down" to go "down the hatch" so to speak.  I would imagine several adults on this list had tonsillectomies and used a straw to drink a shake etc. during recovery phase.  This request to not nurse for 2 weeks is absurd.
