Dear fellow lactnetters,

I've been in the midwest lecturing for the past week and am still
catching up on all the postings of the recent past. For those
still interested in the topic, here is a reasonably good article on
breast milk contamination from the Women's E-News Service, entitled
"Treaty Would Ban Toxins that Invade Breast Milk."

I did find one small error in it. The Swedish researcher who tested
his wife's breast milk found PCBs (not DDT,as the article alleges)
and the year was 1966, (not the 1970s).

warmly,

Sandra
