Lisa,
When you live and work in a 3rd world country with limited access to
supplies, you sometimes do more than just "pump trials"......  I, too, am
careful about sterilizing equipment after use by a mother, but that's
really the only option I have right now.  I do teach and stress manual
expression with my moms.  But there are times when a pump is nice to have!
