Dear Pat,

Can't get to the web site for this product.  However, was just at GNC yesterday and saw a product with the same or a very similar name which contained ephedra, which you do not list but which is found in almost all other thermogenic/thermobolic products.  There is a lot of controversy about this chemical which has caused heart arrythmia and death in some people.  Check the ingredients carefully.  In my opinion, exercise is the best and safest thermogenic addition to any diet regimen.
