Greetings from Canada

I have been asked by some LC's to help them create a booklet of
guidelines for providing a telephone helpline in their community,
specific to infant feeding. Many of you are already doing this
informally and
I don't want to re-invent the wheel. I would be VERY grateful if some
could share their guidelines or ideas for this project.  The subjects I
am focusing on are
 Implementation of a community support line
 Protocols
 Documentation
 Evaluation
 Advertising & Promotion

Any suggestions will be welcomed with a big smile and an open mind!

Just to introduce myself....I am a perinatal nurse in British Columbia
that, among many other things, has
published a manual for providing telephone advise/support for
maternal/child concerns.
