I have a mom wanting to use capsicum as a supplement, can't find (or
think of )any reason she shouldn't but this made me realize that while I
can look up what herbs can be used I don't have anything that really
gives data on their safety in bfdg as I do for allopathic medecines. Any
thoughts or suggestions. I think this issue is going to come up more and
more, references are nice.

Also looking into books and reprints for a bibliography for an upcoming
panel on bfdg aids. Any favorites? Any of you done this panel have
suggestions? TIA
