Actually there is a product called "Muscle Milk" that is a powder supplement that is usuallly mix in milk and consumed by body buliders or athletes to help build muscle. I think the add was probably referrring to this product and point out that the Protein Rush VPX was the preferred product for muscle building.

i was at a medical appointment today with my husband at an orthopedics
office and we were flipping though Muscle and Fitness Magazine when I
saw a 2 page ad for protein Rush VPX, apparently a super drink for
body builders and serious athletes. The right page of the ad had a
full page background photo of a baby nursing, overlaid with the words
"milk is for babies. Protein Rush is 4real!" I'm not sure what that
means, but I was delighted to see a nursing baby as the norm for
feeding babies. It was not a very sexy photo. Other ads were
definitely sexier and breastier.
