I love it!  Handouts that can be tailored to the situation make so much
sense - for the helper, for the mom, for the doctor to whom the helper
reports.

We all do them differently, and that's fine.  The point is to have one that
reflects what works in *our* practice.  Thanks so much for the wonderful
