Ingrid, I am aware of a very helpful email group for parents dealing with
similar food allergy issues.  The email list (similar format to Lactnet) is
called "POFAK", Parents Of Food Allergic Kids.  Many members have had
significant experience with breastfeeding and elimination diets, trials,
rechallanges, etc.

I am sure you will get much information there if you post them your
note.  Many of these parents have become experts in the topic, as you can
imagine.
