I know that the visiting nurse who followed up with me after my (excellent,
midwived, birth-center) birth told me pump and dump for 12 hours after ANY
alcohol!!!

You can bet that not only did she get an earful from me, but her superviser
got a respectful-but-forceful earful from my well-trained spouse.   Let me
tell you, litigators married to bf supporters are like a
bad-bf-advice-giver's nightmare  :).
