Dear All,

I am conducting a survey entitled ' Nipple Shield Use among Knowledgeable
Health Professionals'
This survey is IRB approved through the University of Wisconsin, USA
The purpose of this study is to find out about health professionals’
attitudes and experiences with the use of nipple shields for nursing mothers.
YOUR PARTICIPATION IS ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY AND ANONYMOUS.  WE WILL NOT ASK YOU
TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF IN ANY WAY.  PLEASE ONLY PARTICIPATE ONCE.
There are no major risks to you if you participate in this study, although
the study will take 9-12 minutes on average to complete.Your participation
in the study implies consent.
There are no commercial interests in this study. All funding is from the
Department of Family Medicine, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine
and Public Health, USA.
