Single copies of Journals may be available from the publisher but perhaps
those who are interested in JUST this study could contact their local library
(medical or public) and request a copy of the article. Have the citation
available with author's name, journal number, volume number, pages, etc and
it's pretty easy to get. Or if you live close to a medical library, you could
just go and make a copy. Sometimes there is a small fee (0.05 or 0.10 per
page).
