I don't see a problem with either of these.  Oral antibiotics are safe while nursing; so eye drops would be no different IMO.

Neither of these is listed in my 2004 Hales.  Could you recheck spelling?  I'd be happy to look them up again under a different spelling or name.

This isn't in my Hales either.  The only thing here I'd be at all concerned about would be the steroid.  I've never looked up steroids in Hales before so don't know what the general picture is regarding their use in nursing mothers.

She could always express some milk, soak a cloth in breastmilk and use a compress or use a dropper and drop some breastmilk into her eye.  Worked great when I thought my son had pink eye (turned out he had a fragment of wood that had to be surgically removed the next day).
