Breastvarmes sound interesting - how about their use for treating
engorgement and mastitis?

I was cruising alt.support.breastfeeding (not a good idea for the faint of
heart) and saw a mention of Rotosept which I gathered was some sort of
nipple cream.  The writer mentioned that his local pharmacy took it off the
shelves.  Has anyone heard of this?

Also, what is the general consensus on Masse' cream?  I keep getting
patients who are using it and I don't have any experience or real knowledge
of it.  Please email me privately if answers will go against Lactnet rules.
