For that little chuckle you sometimes need, the following is true:
My son's friend's wife just had a second baby. When she went to use her
breast pump she decided that the tubing was inconveniently short. Her
husband is an engineer. He devised a plan. He went out and bought 25 feet
of clear tubing to extend the length. He told her to keep cutting off the
tubing until it was the desired length and suction.
I have begged my son for a picture of it. Obviously, you can pump in one
room while being in another! I guess it's the telephone cord philosophy?
