I would think it was the milk fortifier before I jumped to the conclusion
that it was the breast milk that caused the problem!

Have baby transferred to Dr Wight's or Paula Meier's NICU :-)  If that
doesn't work :-(  go for lacto-engineering.  Give baby milk pumped in later
half of pumping time so it has higher caloric value.  Dr Meier has a way to
figure calories of pumped EBM. Her moms do it in her NICU.  Pat in SNJ
