Dear Darillyn, any food, whether it is formula-high or low iron, or cereal
or jars of food, or your owned smashed table foods, changes the baby's
intestinal flora and they do not get as much iron from mother's milk and are
then dependent on exogenous sources of iron from the foods they are eating.
