I worked at one in rural Arkansas, but that was 10 years ago.  Only parents
and grandparents allowed in rooms, must scrub and wear gowns.  "Rooming in"
was not encouraged, those families that wanted to "room in" had babies taken
away at least 2 times a shift and at night.  Not really "rooming in" IMO.
BF rate was extremely low as you can imagine.
