Dear Friends:
 
I too wonder about these public service announcements that said "You  
wouldn't take risks before your baby is born..........why then, after?" They  make no 
sense, given the bowdlerized posters and words they accompanied. 
 
However, if the original posters had been shown, where the lay public would  
have been shocked to realize that 40% of all diabetes is linked to formula, 
and  babies who aren't breastfed are 250% more likely to develop respiratory  
disease, then the public service announcements would have made sense.
