I saw the article "Got a lawyer? Suit claims milk 'addiction'", in Section C
of the SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER, Friday, June 6, 1997 issue. It's a
Washington state resident who claims he is addicted to milk and is suing
Safeway and the Dairy Farmers of Washington in federal district court, and
wants warning labels placed on milk products. The article said that strokes
are related to many different factors, including some that could be
controlled by diet and exercise. The person filing the lawsuit could be
fined if the lawsuit is found to be frivolous.
