Beste Lacnetters,

Talks on hyperbilirubinemia is always interesting and is bit of a pet topic
for me - I've been down the road personally when my first had to have
phototherapy. Luckily at that time his ped. told me I should continue
breastfeeding him, after all it would a shame to spoil the breastfeeding.
Those words are a bit of a comfort for me as I know I could just easily have
heard 'stop the bf!

But back to my point, I'm sure you're all aware between the difference in
terms: breatmilk jaundice and breastfeeding jaundice. My tip is always keep
them in the front of your mind when reading about jaundice!
