Wanted to comment on this as well.    That is a huge issue.  If someone
has even a little help around the house, it is the difference between
doable or not (if the help is helpful, anyway.  if not, well, that's
another discussion:))

Most of the specific cases I'm thinking of, there was truly no one else
to help.  No one.
