I would love info from those who have started or are currently involved in
consortiums as to how they are structured and how they got started.  I
started a task force at the hospital were I work and we invited community
organizations.  It is a bit hard to discuss hospital policy with others
there so I am feeling it is time to make the task force "hospital only" and
form a consortium with the others.  Any thoughts?
