Eeeek!

This man knows ZIP about the wonderful, ever-changing adaptability of
breastmilk and it's ability to produce tailor-made antibodies when
needed.

Maybe you could refer him to the relevant chapter in Riordan and
Auerbach (page 138-9 in my edition) which describes very clearly the
'immunological responsiveness' of the 'common [ie shared] mucosal
immune system' , with references. The chapter goes on to explain how
other factors in milk protect the baby, too.

Good luck with him....I note particularly his dogmatism and
certainty. He may not like to admit he is wrong.
